Main Responsibilities Include:

- Conduct correspondence and administrative activities in SCM Department consisting of correspondence and documentation system, correspondence drafting, producing and quality assurance, incoming and outgoing correspondence tracking, sorting and prioritizing incoming correspondence precessing, etc; check appropriate supporting document that need SCM Management approval; to ensure well-ordered administration

- Collects and records SCM Department data and information, procedure graphs and tables based on requested, and prepare general SCM report

- Maintain and keep archive, develop filling system and implement record management according to company procedures; to ensure archives are maintained, kept, adn removed in accordance with applicable procedure

- Provide support to administer and conduct management event coordination

- Support process to ensure that the executive personal and official business need are met

Requiremets:

- Bachelor degree majoring in any discipline

- A minimum of 5 years with at least 3 years in the oil and industry

- Good in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word) and knowledge of relevant software

- Good English Proficiency
