International Mining Investment Asia Conference
7th Mining Investment Asia Conference returns to Singapore in Hybrid Format
Mining Investment Asia - South East Asia’s largest mining conference and exhibition showcasing South East Asia’s mining sector to an international audience of investors and various mining stakeholders, is scheduled to return to Singapore from 12 – 13 October 2021.
After a successful virtual conference and exhibition format in 2020, Mining Investment Asia will move into a hybrid format for the 7th edition. Singapore’s Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) sector is gradually restarting given the overall low community COVID-19 cases and increasing vaccination rates in Singapore and around the world.
Why Mining Investment Asia?
Mining Investment Asia has always been at the forefront of championing the South East Asian and wider Asian mining sector and connecting industry players with regional and international investors interested in this region. International mining and energy companies interested in reaching out to investors via the global financial hub of Singapore have also come onboard to showcase their projects.
In 2020, we had global companies such as Akuo Energy and regional companies such as Ranger Fire System sponsor and exhibit, alongside international and regional senior management speakers from organisations such as:
- Indonesia Nickel Miners’ Association (APNI),
- China National Coal Association,
- Bloomberg Intelligence,
- Société Générale,
- Indonesia Coal Mining Association (APBI-ICMA), and
- Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC)
Given that coal is a dominant fuel in the rapidly growing economies of South East Asia even amidst a global move towards clean energy we launched ‘Coal in Asia’ in 2020 to focus on what lies ahead for coal in the region and the key drivers for transformation. We will continue with Coal in Asia Day for 2021 edition as well.
Over the past 6 years, the high quality of the speakers assembled at this event has provided insightful regional and international perspectives, leading to Mining Investment Asia being recognised as the leading event in the region for global companies and individuals who wish to understand what makes South East Asia mining industry tick and to meet the key players in this region.
Spaces are available for sponsors, exhibitors and delegates who wish to be a part of Mining Investment Asia. Enquiries can be sent to Daniel via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. More information can be found at the event website: https://www.mininginvestmentasia.com/.
